About the Role

VectorEdge is seeking a Software Engineer with strong PingFederate and SSO automation expertise to help design, implement, and automate secure Single Sign-On (SSO) workflows across external and internal domains.

You'll work on integrating PingFederate with Windows Active Directory and Azure AD, automating connection lifecycle management, and enabling Customer Inbound SSO, Customer Outbound SSO, and Delegated API Access. This position focuses on building custom adapters, enhancing identity federation, and ensuring system-wide authentication visibility and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and automate PingFederate SSO workflows across inbound, outbound, and delegated access scenarios

  • Develop custom authentication adapters and data stores for integration with AD / Azure AD

  • Automate configuration, certificate rotation, and deployment using IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

  • Establish and maintain system authentication records and pipelines for audit / SIEM visibility

  • Manage OAuth2 / OIDC token issuance, rotation, and consent management securely

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure secure identity flows and regulatory compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development (Java, Node.js, or similar)

  • Proven expertise with PingFederate (connections, adapters, token services)

  • Deep knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0 protocols

  • Integration experience with Windows Active Directory / Azure AD

  • Proficiency in automation and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD)

  • Familiarity with security logging, auditing, and enterprise identity governance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, Keycloak, or Okta

  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning or lifecycle management experience

  • Familiarity with FIDO2/WebAuthn and adaptive or step-up authentication

  • Containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the frontline of our growth engine. You'll identify, qualify, and engage enterprise prospects across financial services, insurance, legal, and healthcare sectors.

You'll partner directly with our leadership and solutions team to drive pipeline generation, client engagement, and market awareness for VectorEdge's AI-powered DSPM platform.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prospect target accounts that fit VectorEdge's Ideal Customer Profile (CISO, VP InfoSec, Data Protection, Compliance)

  • Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, events) to create qualified meetings for our Account Executives

  • Craft personalized messaging that highlights VectorEdge's unique differentiators — AI-driven data classification, insider-risk management, and anti-data-exfiltration controls

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine outreach campaigns and optimize lead quality

  • Manage CRM updates, maintain accurate pipeline visibility, and deliver weekly activity reports

  • Represent VectorEdge at security and compliance events to build brand visibility and relationships

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Data Protection domains

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns)

  • Understanding of enterprise security concepts (SSO, DLP, DSPM, Insider Risk, or IAM preferred)

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and excited by startups and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to CISO, CIO, or Compliance teams in regulated industries

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Prior exposure to AI / ML-based cybersecurity products
